All About ARC Inc
The Apostolic Retreat Center's program originated in a dream which the Lord gave Terry in September of 2015.
Through much prayer and waiting on The Lord, the Retreat Centers became a reality.
We sought counsel and wisdom from spiritual leaders in the area and owe thanks to Rick and Lori Taylor from The Santa Maria Healing Rooms Apostolic Center for their support and encouragement in pursuing the dream.
We believe God wants to LOVE on pastors and their spouses.
We believe He desires a ministry partnership to do it.

Meet Our Staff
Our staff are all experienced volunteers who serve within our region.
The founders, Brian and Terry Meeks, have been active in ministry for many years. They are graduates of The Healing Rooms School of Supernatural Ministry years one & two and Global Legacy's Leadership Development Program. They are Restoring The Foundations Healing House Network Ministers and certified Transformation Consultants with Transforming Your Business. They minister at the Santa Maria Healing Rooms Apostolic Center and Oasis Church. Brian serves on leadership at Oasis Church in Grover Beach and also works as a Professional Land Surveyor for CalTrans while Terry is an office manager for Transforming Your Business and an assistant for Central Coast Restoration Ministries. They also volunteer in prophetic ministry at SMHRAC. Both of their passions are to heal and encourage leaders so they can lead others unhindered into new depths of God encounters.
Wayne and Christine Cook are both graduates of Bethel's School of Supernatural Ministry in Redding, have served as directors for the Healing Rooms School of Supernatural Ministry in Santa Maria and are certified Love After Marriage Workshop Leaders. Christine is a SOZO minister for area churches. Wayne works in the aerospace industry for the Air Force. They have both served in numerous ministries in our region for many years. Their passion is for married couples to become one spiritually, emotionally and physically to manifest Jesus' prayer in John 17:11, 22 & 23.
Wayne and Chris were in the original dream. They enthusiastically embraced the vision and agreed to sail the uncharted waters of new promises with us. Others in the dream have prayed with us for God's purposes to be fulfilled through A.R.C. Inc.
