Located on California's beautiful Central Coast ARC INC exists to pour into Christian Leaders with LOVE using the ministry areas of Hospitality, Love After Marriage (LAM) and Restoring the Foundations (RTF), all encompassed within an atmosphere of worship, prayer, and the prophetic.

Our Issue-Focused ministry format focuses primarily on one major issue that is troubling you. Together, through prayer and with guidance from the Holy Spirit, we discover how the four sources of the issue work together to ignite and inflame it. We will apply foundational truths to each source as we listen to God for counsel and direction.
Brian and Terry Meeks are certified Issue-Focused RTF ministers and Thorough Format ministers in training as well as Transformation Consultants with Transforming Your Business.
They minister at The Healing Rooms Apostolic Center in Santa Maria and at Oasis Church in Grover Beach.
